How Do I Hire Products?

You can hire products by completing the online form under the 'Booking Form' tab.

We reply to enquiries from Monday to Friday.

How Can I Get a Quote for Styling?

You can get a quote for styling by sending us an email directly to info@eternityeventhire.com.

Please include your event date, event location and some of your inspiration photos in your email for a faster response.

Is There a Deposit?

Yes. We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your total balance to secure your booking and your date. Your items and date are not locked in until the deposit of 20% has been paid.

How Do I Collect My Items?

 Smaller items can be collected directly from our location in Girraween, otherwise we deliver the larger stock with an additional delivery fee based on your event location.

What Is Included in the Delivery Fee?

 

The delivery fee includes the drop off and pick up of items by our team with minimal styling.

If you would like to have your items styled professionally, a styling fee applies. The styling fee varies depending on the amount of styling required.

What Is a Security Bond?

We require a refundable security bond to be paid on top of your total balance in case of any damage to our props. The price of the bond can vary depending on the item/s being hired.

The security bond is refunded back to you after the event once the items are returned in their original condition.
